Using the site

You're welcome to use this site to find out about our services, send us an enquiry or request a print order. Please don't misuse it: don't try to break it, overload it or get into parts that aren't public, and only upload files you have the right to use.

Our work and content

The Accidental Giant name, logo, giant character, artwork and everything else on this site belong to Accidental Giant LLC. Please don't reuse any of it without asking us first.

Work we make for clients is different: the artwork, logos and content we create for a client are handed over to them.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites run by others, including Ultra Heavy and Fenix Productions. Each has its own terms.

Ordering print

Print orders follow the print order terms, at /print/terms.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
