Print order terms

Proofs

We send you a proof before we print. We print once you approve it.

Turnaround

Orders are ready 24–48 hours after you approve the proof. Flyer orders of more than 100 take one extra day, and large-format timing is confirmed with your quote.

Delivery

We deliver across the Houston area, up to 25 miles from us. Delivery is free within 5 miles, $20 up to 10 miles and $30 up to 25 miles.

Changes and refunds

Please check your proof carefully, including spelling, dates, prices, sizes and colors. You can ask for changes before you approve it. Once you approve it, we print exactly what you approved, so mistakes in an approved proof aren't covered.

If something goes wrong on our side, such as a print fault or an order that doesn't match your approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery or pick-up and we'll reprint it at no cost. For damage on delivery, tell us within 3 business days and send photos.

Because every order is made for you, we can't offer refunds if you change your mind after approving the proof. Colors on screen can look a little different from colors on paper.

Sales tax

Printed goods are taxable in Texas. Texas sales tax is added to your invoice.

Payment

There is no online payment on this site. You can pay by invoice, by card with a payment link, or on delivery.

Design and AI

We use AI tools mostly to help with a design or improve it, and only rarely to make the whole thing. We also work in Canva, Photoshop and other standard tools, and we can share projects with you and work on them together. We'll always tell you when we've used AI.

Your artwork

When you send us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it. We only show your finished work on our Work page if you agree to be featured.
